VILs to go cruising on Lake Monona on Monday, May 16

The VILs will be departing from church at 8:00 a.m. for their visit to the Madison area. We expect to take a tour of the Olbrich Botanical Gardens before we embark at noon for our luncheon cruise on Lake Monona. Following the cruise we will visit the Veterans' Museum, and stop briefly for ice cream on the University campus before departing for Sheboygan. We expect to arrive back at church around 6:30 p.m. The cost of the trip to Madison is $50 per person and is due in the church office by May 8. Please call the church office at 452-2401 if you wish to sign up - we still have space available!

Annual VIL Picnic will take place in July

Plan to join us for the annual summer picnic on Monday, July 11 at 11:00 a.m. The activities will take place in our Fellowship Hall beginning with an "old treasures" gift exchange. You may bring a wrapped "white elephant" gift (no new items, please) for an exchange game before we have lunch.
Brats and hamburgers will be served along with baked beans and potato salad, so please contact the church office to let them know the number of brats and hamburgers you plan to eat. This will help the committee prepare for this wonderful time of fellowship and great food!
