Evening Game Night

for 5th and 6th Graders

On Friday, May 4, the Children and Youth Ministry will offer a Game Night for the 5 th and 6 th Graders! The fun starts at 6:00 p.m. and goes until 10:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. There will be a variety of games, pizza and a Bible devotion. Come and join in the fun, and also see an example of what Confirmation and Youth Forum is all about. A sign-up sheet is located on the Youth & Family Bulletin Board, or talk to Thom Nicla or Mary Gorges.

Summer Story Hour

The Children’s Ministry is offering Story Hour for kids ages 3-6 years old on Wed-nesday mornings, starting in June. The Story Hour will be held in the Great Beginnings classroom each Wednesday beginning at 9:30 a.m. and will last for one hour. The kids will be read a story and then participate in crafts, finger songs and free play. Sign-up sheets and registration forms are located in the church office and on the Youth & Family Board. Youth Quake Teen Ministry

Some of our middle schoolers attended Youth Quake in the Wisconsin Dells the weekend of April 20-22. The theme for the weekend was "Rescued" and we heard the story of Jesus stepping out of the boat and how we are called to do the same! It was a weekend of listening, talk, prayer, songs with Peder Eide and a whole lot of fun in the Dells. Thank you to the youth who attended, and to their parents for encouraging them to be a part of this experience!
