Three-Year Olds Receive Bibles

On Sunday, September 16, our three-year olds will start their first morning of Sunday School. The Children and Family Ministry invites ALL 3-year olds and their families to the 8:30 a.m. worship service where they will receive the Read and Learn Bible and a blessing during that service. Shanty Town

On Friday, September 14, the youth of our church will be making themselves at home in the church yard in cardboard box “shantys” as a fundraiser for our local Habitat for Humanity Lakeside Chapter. The event will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, and end at 6:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Sign-up and pledge sheets are available on the Youth & Family Kiosk in the Gathering Area. Members of the congregation are invited to visit our Shantytown to view our creative “homes” that we build! For more information, please call Thom Nicla at 452-2401.
