San Antonio Fundraising & Service Project Opportunities

Following are the fundraising and service project opportunities currently available for all of the youth attending National Youth Gathering next summer. Sign up sheets are available at the Youth & Family Ministry bulletin board.

Service Projects

*Helping with Parent’s Night Out, Saturday, November 19, 5:30-9:00 p.m.

*Helping with Parent’s Morning Out, Nov. 26, Dec. 3, Dec. 10 and Dec. 17, 8:00 a.m.-noon

*Adopt-a-Family Shopping - Sunday, December 4, 2:00-5:00 p.m.

*Adopt-a-Family gift wrapping - Tuesday, December 13, 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Fundraisers

*Pizza making, November 20, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and/or 4:00-7:00 p.m.

*Selling “Gifts in a Jar” on Sunday mornings in November & December

*Helping with placement & pick-up of flamingos

San Antonio Meeting

The next meeting for all youth heading to San Antonio next summer will be held on Wednesday, November 30 at 7:00 p.m. in the Genszler Room. We have a lot on the agenda to discuss, to be sure to join us!!
