Deb Ganser is a Deaconess, Consecrated to Word and Service on November 14, 1998, by the Lutheran Deaconess Association. She's been serving at First United since November 1, 1999. Deaconess Deb's ministry involves pastoral care, adult education, visitation, assisting with various worship responsibilities such as preaching, liturgy, and funerals. She also works closely with our Social Ministry team. Deaconess Deb is also the staff liaison to our Befriender ministry, which consists of lay individuals who are trained to be listening, supportive friends to people experiencing transitions in life. She feels truly blessed to be working with a dynamic staff and a grace-filled congregation!
